Meeting Time & Location

Please submit agenda items at least one week prior to meetings. Please advise Kathy Coonfer or phone 8308 if you are unable to attend and she will organize an alternate to ensure a quorum.

2010/2011 Meeting Dates

Meetings are held in the Den in Residence, with dinner at 5:00 p.m. in the Cafeteria, followed by the business meeting at 5:30 p.m.

ACC

Meetings are normally held on the last Monday of the month, from 8:30 to 10:00 am, in the Main Board Room in DMP.
