Merlin Surveys

Quick Step-by-Step Access to Survey Results

If you need more information than what follows, see the Detailed Version

  1. Access Merlin Surveys at http://merlinapp.oldscollege.ca/olds/survey
  2. Log in using your Merlin PersonID and PIN
  3. On the lower right portion of the Merlin Survey Manager screen is a list of your Published surveys. Select the survey you wish to obtain results for by clicking on it once. The line will turn light blue
  4. Click the Response Manager button on the top left of the Survey Manager screen. The page will change to the Response Manager screen
  5. Click the Survey Results button on the top of the Response Manager screen
  6. On the dialog that opens, click OK
  7. On the next dialog, click View Results. The survey results will open on a printable web page.

Log out of Merlin Surveys:

  1. click the back button on Response Manager (top left of screen)
  2. click the Log out button on Survey Manager (top left of screen)
