National Meat Training Centre
The National Meat Training Centre is a new concept and initiative for both Olds College and Canada.
Olds College is currently interviewing industry leaders, plant managers
and trainers to determine priorities for national training needs in the meat
industry.
The Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada-funded study also evaluates the feasibility of establishing a National Meat Training Centre.
