Clarence Milton Esau

Clarence Milton Esau went to be with his Heavenly Father on May 24, 2007 after a short two week struggle with leukemia.
Clarence was born on May 7, 1934 in Crooked Creek, Alberta to John and Margaret (DeVeer) Esau. He took his schooling up to Grade 9 in Ridge Valley School at Crooked Creek and left home to complete his high school education in Acme, Alberta. During that time he met Doris Penner and they were married on November 20, 1955. Clarence worked as a teacher for thirty-one years in Linden and surrounding areas. He went on to work at Olds College for fourteen years, working as an instructional designer where he was bestowed the title of Instructor Emeritus. His retirement years were not really retirement. Clarence continued to work on instructional design projects for Olds College and other organizations doing what he enjoyed.
Clarence is survived by his wife Doris (Penner) Esau; his children; Aldene (Richard) Thiessen, Janet (Randy) Schellenberg, Barry (Manon) Esau, and Kevin (Denise) Esau along with eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by three brothers and three sisters. He was predeceased by his parents, parents-in-law and four brothers.
