Rules - Sort by Subject
Sort email by subject
Click on Tools
Click on Rules and Alerts
Click on New Rule
Select a Move messages with specific words in the subject to a folder
Click on Next
Select with specific words in the subject (more than 1 condition can be selected if necessary - later tip)
Click on with specific words in the subject (lower box) to select specific words that this rule will look for.
Type in a word and click Add to add word to search list
Repeat adding words as needed. Note, that only one of the words has to appear in the subject of the email. When done click on OK to return to editing the rule.
Click on move to specific folder to select where the email will be moved to
Click on New to create new folder if needed
Click on OK when done creating/select the folder
Click on Next
Select Folder or change folder if needed
Click on Next
Select any exceptions if needed
Click on Next
Give the rule a name
Click Finished
