Equine Driving School
This clinic is designed to gain
an understanding in the fundamentals of driving and basic horse psychology.
Discussion topics include:
- harness parts,
- equipment,
- safety problem solving,
- horse behavior,
- communicating with the driving horse,
- starting and retraining horses
This course will offer you hands-on experience in
- harnessing,
- ground driving,
- hooking to equipment
- and driving a single horse and team.
An excellent opportunity for the beginner and experienced driver of both light and heavy horses to expand their knowledge. Horses will be supplied.

Location: Olds College Arena
- $250 + GST
Fri - Sun March 30- April 1
Fri 7 pm - 10 pm
Sat & Sun 9 am - 4 pm
