Accommodation Options
Most participants prefer to stay on the campus and take advantage of
Accommodation costs are approximately $45/day.
Note: Bathrooms and showers are separate from your room. The residence hall is not air-conditioned. Townhouse vacuums have space bag capability for packing. Townhouses have bedding/towels/stove & fridge. Wireless internet is available at various locations on campus.
Meals
All meals are available in the Olds College Cafeteria attached to the residence.
A small cafeteria is open from 8am-3pm in the Land Sciences Atrium where most workshops are held.
Various restaurants & fast food outlets are available in the town of Olds.

RVs only (no tents) may be set up in lot #6 on campus (Power). Shower/Washroom/Fitness Centre facilities in College gymnasium. Dumping station nearby at campground. Laundromat in town.
The campus accommodations fill up quickly, so register early!

Travel Arrangements
Calgary-Olds Airport Shuttle Bus: To take advantage of this service, contact Otto Pahl, the Fibre Week coordinator (opahl@oldscollege.ca or Phone 1-800-661-6537, extension 7986) regarding your arrival and departure times. Every effort will be made to provide timely transportation to the college. There will be a $45 fee (one way) for this service.
Please ensure that your class is going ahead before making uninsured air travel arrangments. Course status will be posted on the Fibre Week home page as an enrolment update with a note indicating if there is sufficient enrolment to proceed. The latest decision day is June 1, 2011.
