Vendor Sponsors in the Gold category and above will have a space reserved for them and will be asked to confirm by April 1. Other vendors must register by using the "Students & Vendors " form available on the registration page of this website or the one on page 11 in the mailed brochure. Registration information can be called in, mailed or faxed after March 1.

Registration & Fees
All registration is processed through Olds College by phone, mail or fax. Please refer to the registration sheet on the website or in the brochure.
$125 plus GST per stall, with two tables.
Location
Bay 459 in the Ag Mech Building.
Booth draping (back & sidewalls) and table skirting will be provided. Paper tablecloths are available upon request.
Booth location will be determined by the coordinator on a sponsorship and first-come basis. Special requests can be made although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honour them. Electrical outlets are limited and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Wireless Internet service is available on site and can be used for wireless debit/credit machines if desired.
Note: items and signage cannot be taped or stuck to the walls.
Set up & Take Down
Set up:
Friday June 22, 10am-3 pm, or
Saturday June 25,8-10am (everything must be unloaded by 9:45am)
Take Down:
Sunday after 8pm, Monday after 6pm or anytime on Tuesday. As a courtesy to the organizers, please indicate on the registration form your date of arrival and departure.
All vendors should have items removed from the building by 8pm on Tuesday, June 27.
Security
The Organizers will make every effort to ensure that there is a person present during mall hours to assist with security. Please bring cloths to cover your booth when you leave it unattended.

The Fibre Week organizers wish you a profitable and successful week; however, we cannot guarantee sales.
