Registration Information
Registrations begin March 1, 2012
All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Supplies lists will be sent upon registration where required and are also available on the website. Look on the page describing your course(s).

By Mail: Olds College Fibre Week Registration, 4500-50 St, Olds AB T4H 1R6. Any cheques should be made payable to "Olds College".

Register early! Most courses have a maximum enrolment number, so avoid the disappointment that a delay might bring. Other courses may be cancelled if minimum class size is not reached by June 1.
Please ensure that your class is going ahead before making uninsured air travel arrangments. Course status will be posted on the Fibre Week home page as an enrolment update with a note indicating if there is sufficient enrolment to proceed. The latest decision day is June 1, 2012.

Use this form to help you choose workshops & other services and to calculate the total fee owed. Use the next form to record the total amount. - Student and Vendor Registration Form
Use this form to give your personal information and method of payment details. Include both the Checklist and the Registration Forms when mailing or faxing (403-556-4705). - Fleece
Show/Sale Entry Form
This form will list all fleeces entered and should be mailed to Olds College along with the total payment. Please make cheques payable to "Olds College." See "General Show Rules" on the Fleece Shows page for details.
Fleece entries require an Identification form for each fleece. This form and the fleece will go to the Fleece show coordinator. See "General Show Rules" on the Fleece Shows page for details.
Refund Policy
Refund requests, accompanied by the original course receipt, received at Olds College two (2) full weeks prior to the course start date will be granted in full, less any applicable non-refundable deposits. Refund requests received less than two (2) full weeks prior to the course will be subject to a 50% processing and service fee, less any non-refundable deposit. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal. No refunds will be issued after the commencement of a course. In the event that a cours is cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund.
Note: For Off-Campus courses, the refund period is one month, not two weeks.
Information on the Fibre Week website is for information purposes only. It sets forth the program intentions of Olds College which reserves the right to cancel any program or course, and to alter fees and charges as necessary.
