Use designs inspired by nature to create a one of a kind sculptural felt hat. Look at forms from nature and interpret them into wearable art. Explore ways to create sculptural relief, surface design, and supple colour transitions in felt. For beginners and experienced felters.

Writing Patterns for Sock Designers
Examine the architecture of a knitting pattern and compare it to the parts of a sock. Learn to write instructions while looking at a finished object. Study a sample sock and draft a sock pattern and learn about tech editing and test knitting. Advanced. Must be able to knit with double-pointed needles, and familiar with sock heel and toe construction.
