Beginner Forklift Operation

Forklift Operator Training can assist you and your company in meeting the requirements of legislation, and providing a safer environment to work in. In addition, training provides you with information on the operation, and basic maintenance, giving you the reassurance that you have adequate information to operate a forklift.

This is a condensed course which includes classroom instruction as well as practical training, followed by a practical exam where the operator’s ability to safely maneuver the forklift as well as move loads is evaluated. The emphasis in this course is on teaching safe forklift operating procedures as well as evaluating the driver’s basic forklift handling skills. Successful completion of both the theory and practical component is required.

Equipment Required: steel toed footwear and safety glasses.
