HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT

On-Line Through My Olds College

  • You can pay on-line with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Interac through My Olds College using your nine digit Olds College ID number and My Olds College PIN (available on your Early or Full Admission letter). You will also have the option to delegate individuals to access your account and make payments on your behalf. Information on accessing My Olds College

Through your Banking Institution

  • Set up Olds College as a payee/bill through your banking institution.  Use your nine digit Olds College ID number (available on your Early or Full Admission letter) as the account number.  Please allow three working days for bank processing

By Fax for a Tuition Deposit

By Mail Through Secured Courier

  • Send a cheque or money order to:
    Cashier, Olds College, 4500 – 50 ST, Olds, AB  T4H 1R6
  • For a Tuition Deposit payment - print and complete the Tuition Deposit Form

In Person at the Olds Campus

  • You can make payment at the Cashier with cash, debit card, cheque, money order or credit card (VISA or MasterCard).  The Cashier is open: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Sponsorship

  • Ensure that a Letter of Sponsorship from the sponsoring agency is submitted by mail (see above) or fax to Business Services at 403 556-4737
  • If the sponsor will be paying the tuition deposit, a letter must be received by Olds College prior to the tuition deposit deadline.  

Government Student Loan

By Phone

  • You can pay by phone using a credit card (VISA or MasterCard).  Contact the Cashier at 1 800 661-6537 or 403 556-8282.  Please have your student ID number, credit card number and expiry date available.
