What can you expect from this program/course?

Are you a “do it yourself” kind of person? Do you like woodworking and are interested in taking on new projects?

Pallets are a great and affordable way of finding inexpensive or free wood for your projects.  This class will give you a chance to learn some fundamental carpentry skills in an affordable fun way.

What will you learn?

You will learn general safety, and how to use a variety of hand tools and power tools to create a project. This course will have four projects for you to choose from, and there will be opportunities to use your creativity to personalize your project. Come have a great time and go home with a finished project.

Fees: $169 + GST

Required Materials: Students are responsible for bringing their own safety glasses and work gloves.

Pallets will be available, students will be taking them apart at the beginning of class. If you want to bring some un-assembled pallets it will save you time. If your project requires some hardware or paint, you will be responsible to supply it yourself. This will be your choice and will help personalize your project. There will be a lunch break on Saturday that you can use to run for last minute finishing supplies if you would like.
