Your Account

My Olds College is where you will access:

  • Personal Information: view or update your address, phone, e-mail, change your PIN and Security questions

  • Program and Important Dates: view program dates, payment due dates, course add/drop deadlines, program withdrawal deadline and other important dates

  • Admitted Student Site: enrolment information for students entering a new program

  • Student Services: view your timetable, account charges and payment, grades and transcript, T2202A forms and payment options.  Timetables are available one month prior to the program start, or if you are admitted within one month of the program start date, please allow 3 business days for your timetable to be available.

  • Apple Store: order your iPad or other Apple products.

Logging in for the first time

Access My Olds College

  • Click on: Enter Secure Area
  • User ID: 9 digit Olds College Student ID number i.e. 000012345
  • PIN: Please find your My Olds College PIN on your Early or Full Admission letter
  • Click on: Login button
  • You will be notified that your PIN has expired and asked to enter a new PIN (must contain at least one alpha character)
  • You will then select and answer 3 security questions

*Please note: if you attempt to log into your account more than 3 times with errors, your account will be deactivated. Should you Forget your PIN, please select "Forgot PIN" to reset your PIN number.
