How to Access Your Accounts
My Olds College
Students: Please reset your My Olds College password using the Forgot Pin button on the main My Olds College sign-on page.
You will be asked to answer your security questions that were created when your account was first accessed.
If you enter your password incorrect 4 times your web access will be disabled. If this occurs please contact the Service desk or fill out the Account Issues form.
Access My Olds College through our Portal
Network/Email
Through the password management system you can unlock and change or reset your password for your email, Moodle and computer logins through mypassword.oldscollege.ca.
You will only be able to use the Reset Password (if you don't know your current password) or Unlock Account options if you have previously created your profile. Change password is used to change your known password, and Edit profile is used to change your security questions.
Your email password, Moodle and computer login password are the same - if you change one, you change all.
Moodle
Full-time Students/Instructors: your password is the same as your Olds College email/network password.
If you forget this please follow the instructions for the Olds College Network/Email password reset.
Library Password
To change your Library PIN online:
Go to the following link: My Account
Enter your 13 digit barcode from your student ID card or your library card.
Select "What is my PIN?" and follow instructions
