Reset your password

You will only be able to use the Reset Password (if you don't know your current password) or Unlock Account options if you have previously created your profile. Change password is used to change your known password, and Edit profile is used to change your security questions.

Your email password, Moodle and computer login password are the same - if you change one, you change all.

    • Your passwords are for your eyes only. Don't share your password information with anyone, including IT, staff and/or faculty.
    • You may think that your Olds College work does not need protected. Remember that a lot of the systems here include personal information. This information can be used by third parties who don't necessarily have your best interests at heart. Also, we have seen some people take advantage of others on campus by using someone else's account to send nasty emails, remove files and just generally cause havoc for the other person. It has happened in the past. Please protect yourself - often this isn't just "harmless" mischief.
    • If you think (or know) that someone may have access to your account(s) - change your password(s) immediately.
  • Access Olds College Computer/E-Mail Password Management System and Edit my Profile.

Please note: for first-time use & when creating a question & answer profile you will be asked to create your password reset profile upon logging into an Olds College computer or off campus by using the 'Edit my Profile' within the myPassword website.
