Bio
"Michele joined Olds College as a Communications instructor in 2020 and is part of the Werklund School of Agriculture Technology. She received her undergraduate degree in Applied Social Science at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec followed by a graduate degree in Counselling Psychology at McGill University also in Montreal, Quebec. Teaching is Michele’s second career after having spent over 3 decades working as a psychotherapist in Montreal, Vancouver, and Central Alberta. Michele is a life-long learner who is passionate about mental health, building connections through compassion, pursuing ethical leadership, and developing a curiosity-based openness to self and others. "
