Features a unique location to host receptions, adjacent to a tropical garden, seating capacity for up to 50 guests, short walking distance to tour the Botanic Gardens and Wetlands, ideal to have indoor photos, or use as a backup plan in case of inclement weather.

- Laptop: $150/each
- Tech activation: $50/room
- Tech on site: $65/hour
- Sound fee (dance only): $55.52
- SOCAN fee (dance only): $132.39
- Basic set up and take down are included in the rental price. Additional set up fees may apply based on requests.
