My Account

The My Account feature allows you to check to see what books you currently have signed out, what their due dates are, renew books, and check to see if you have any overdue fines. You can also use this feature to see if you have holds on any items and the status of those holds.

You will find a link to this feature on any notices you receive from the library. You can also access it online by logging into the NEOS catalogue and selecting My Account on the menu.

Once you have registered with the library you will then be asked for your ID number which will be the thirteen digit barcode number on your ID card. Your PIN number will be the last four digits of your telephone number. Next click the “Display User Information” button.
