What Words Should I use?

  • To help you determine the words to use to get the most useful information, begin by phrasing what you are looking for as a question or two.

“What is the average number of hours of sleep a person needs each day to function at their optimum?”

“What are some signs of sleep deprivation?”

  • Then highlight the most important words within those questions.
  • List variations of those words.
