Olds College requires all guests and visitors to check into campus using the Visitor Guestbook terminals that can be found at the following locations;

  1. Offices of the Executive

  2. Human Resources

  3. Office of the Registrar

  4. Campus Security

  5. The Teaching and Learning Center for Innovation

  6. Campus Facilities

  7. Office of Development

  8. Smart Agriculture Innovation Center.

Protection of Privacy  - Personal information provided is collected in accordance with Section 33(c) of the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (the FOIP Act) and will be protected under Part 2 of that Act.  It will be used for the purpose of compliance with the Government of Alberta directives to allow for contact tracing in the event of a confirmed case of Covid-19.  Please note that information collected will be transmitted to and stored on servers outside of Olds College and Canada and that the College cannot guarantee protection against disclosures as a consequence of foreign laws.  Should you require further information about the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, please contact Heather Steckly, Chief and Staff / FOIP Coordinator, Room DMP 145, 4500 - 50 Street, Olds, Alberta T4H 1R6, 403-556-8300, hsteckly@oldscollege.ca.

Campus Tours

Come for a visit! Guided campus tours are available Monday through Friday, between 9:00am and 3:00pm. Taking a tour is a great way to explore facilities, gather program information and get your questions answered. If you would like to come for a tour of the Olds College campus, whether in-person or virtually, we would love to show you around, but we do ask that you register in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 situation, all tour participants will be required to follow Olds College policies and procedures while on campus.

Webinar Wednesdays

Over the next few months we will offer a series of webinars focused on our unique Olds College programs. Each webinar will run from 5:00-7:00pm and will include program specific information, application & admissions information, campus life details, and much more! They will even include faculty & current students from the program, so come with your questions and learn more!

Campus Housing (CHOC) Webinars

Over the next few months, CHOC will be offering information webinars where they will share more about what it's like to live in residence and the benefits of living on campus! Each webinar will run from 12:00-1:00pm and CHOC staff will be available to answer all of your questions!

Counsellor Retreat 2021

Thank you to everyone who attended our Virtual Counsellor Retreat in June 2020. We look forward to hosting you back on our campus in June 2021 for a unique professional development experience for high school guidance counsellors, career practitioners and teachers.

Save the Date! The Olds College Counsellor Retreat will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021. Ideally this will be an in-person event, but if circumstances prevent that we will host it again virtually. More details coming soon!
