Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar is here to help any current or future students navigate through their academic careers. Our priority is providing enrolment services to current and future students. Located in the Bell e-Learning Centre, our team is here to assist you with admissions, campus tours, program information, student loans payments, awards, parking, course registration, transfer credit and prior learning, transcripts, graduation.
The Office of the Registrar continues to be available to support all Olds College students. The Front Desk is now open (Monday through Friday, 8:15am-4:30pm) and appointments with Advising, Financial Aid, Awards, Admissions and Recruitment staff are being held virtually whenever possible.
Academic Student Advising - Student Advising appointments will be available online through Google Meetings or over the phone. To arrange a virtual meeting with your advisor please email enrolmentservices@oldscollege.ca or call 403.556.8281 (Toll-Free: 1.800.661.6537).
Financial Aid and Awards - Appointments for Financial Aid and Awards will be available online through Google Meetings or over the phone. To arrange for a virtual meeting with our Financial Aid Advisor please email Hannah at hayearst@oldscollege.ca. To book an appointment with our Awards Advisor please email Christina at ckelley@oldscollege.ca.
Fee Payment - Students are still able to pay their Tuition and Fees at the Office of the Registrar, however, to help minimize in person contact we are asking that students consider an alternative form of payment. For more information on payment options please see our How to Pay Your Tuition and Fees webpage.
Admissions - Applications will continue to be processed for all upcoming intakes. If you wish to speak with an Admission Officer, appointments will be available online through Google Meetings or over the phone. Recruitment - The Olds College Recruitment Team is excited to connect with your school this fall! To arrange for a presentation for your school, please contact our Student Recruiter, Alex Gutierrez, at agutierrez@oldscollege.ca.
Campus Tours - Campus Tours will be available beginning on September 1 and will be by appointment only. Tours will be limited to a maximum of 4 people. Add or Drop a Course / Withdraw

Recognition of Prior Learning
There are five ways in which (RPL) can be undertaken: Transfer Credit, Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition of Experiential Learning, Challenge Exam, Internal Transfer Credit and Course Substitution.

Articulations & Agreements
University and College Transfers can be completed on a course-by-course basis or a program-by-program basis.

Olds College offers over 400 awards, valued at over $400,000 in scholarships, bursaries and prizes.

Graduation and Convocation
Convocation is a special time for all of us. It is a time of celebration of accomplishments and achievements. Apply to graduate and register to attend the Convocation ceremony.
Co-Curricular Record
The Co-Curricular Record (CCR) Program at Olds College recognizes student experiences and achievements gained through the completion of approved co-curricular activities.
