Add or Drop a Course

If you would like to add or drop a course, download and print the Add/Drop Course Form (you can also pick up this form from the Office of the Registrar). Different programs may have different add/drop dates.  Use the Important Dates table to see the Add/Drop deadline for your program or to determine if you are eligible for a refund and whether you will receive a “W” or “F” grade on your transcript. Make sure you fill in the form completely and have your Program Coordinator sign it. Return the Add/Drop Form to the front desk of Office of the Registrar to be processed.

To withdraw from Olds College you will need to complete an Online Withdrawal Form.  If you haven’t done so already, we recommend that you discuss your decision to withdraw with your Program Chair before submitting the form. Please refer to the Important Dates page to see what the timelines are to receive a refund, withdrawal or an F on your courses. Learn More
