Tourism, Brew & Meat

From field to fork, Olds College has always held a crucial role in training our future food producers. In today's world, that does not only mean the individuals who grow our food, but also those who process it and serve it. Our Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management and Meat Processing programs train professionals in taking raw ingredients and creating food products in two growing industries, and our Hospitality and Tourism Management program helps young professionals develop the skills to work in a variety of careers throughout the service industry, including food service, the tourism industry, and more.
