Dining on Campus

Olds College offers a variety of dining options to meet the needs of students, staff, and visitors. Our dining services include the central dining hall, Elements Dining Fusion, along with smaller outlets for quick snacks and coffee at Tim Hortons Express, Bloom Café, or The Crossing Restaurant & Pub, providing convenient choices throughout the day.

Meal Plans

Meal plans are available to make dining on campus simple and flexible. Whether you prefer the convenience of an all-access plan or the freedom of a pay-as-you-go option, there’s a plan designed to fit your schedule and lifestyle. Please contact Residence Services if you would like to purchase a meal plan or have questions about your existing plan.

  • $177/week**

    Includes unlimited entry to Elements Dining Hall plus $15 flex dollars each week. Students have the option to add additional Flex Dollars as desired.*

    **All prices are subject to change.

  • $120/week Flex Dollars**

    Pay as you go at all on-campus Chartwells locations, including Elements Dining Hall, Tim Hortons Express and Centre Court.

    • This pass is non-refundable.
    • It is mandatory to purchase a new pass each term, but the remaining balance from the previous term will roll over.
    • Expires at the end of April every academic year.
    • For larger remaining balances, before expiry, Chartwells offers bulk order options to use the remainder of your Flex dollars.

  • Cost: included in townhouse fees — non-refundable

    $200/semester digital flex pass (price for 2026-27 academic year)

    Can be used at Elements Dining Hall, Tim Hortons and Centre Court.

    Pay per meal or item at all on-campus Chartwells locations. The transaction cost is subtracted from the balance upon each use.

  • If you have dietary restrictions or require specialized meal plans, please fill in the Meal Plan Review Form and send it to residenceservices@oldscollege.ca. Your Meal Plan Review Form will be reviewed by the Director, Food Services. Please be prepared to include supporting documentation with your request.

*During the summer, a Summer Meal Plan will be in effect. Students living on campus during this time will receive an email from Residence Services with details about the cost, summer dining hours and available meal plan options.
