Residence Services recognizes the importance of providing available housing for international students arriving in Alberta to attend Olds College. This is why at least thirty (30) residence rooms are set aside each academic year specifically for international students. International students should apply through the Olds College Housing Portal and pay their deposit before August 1st, 2024. After this date, remaining rooms will be released and all students will be assigned a room on a first come basis.
Thank you for submitting your applications early! As of July 11, 2024, the 30 rooms that were set aside for international students are full.
At this time, Olds College Residence housing is full and we are currently working with a waitlist. Applications continue to remain open for housing. Students who apply will be placed on our waitlist. If a room becomes available, Residence Services will email to notify you.

Centennial Village features over 400 single, private rooms and plenty of shared social and study spaces. Each room is equipped with a private washroom, large closet, double bed, and desk.

Townhouses are furnished with a stove, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, living room furniture, kitchen table and chairs. Each bedroom has a bed, desk, chair, closet and bookshelf.
