Olds College Brewery
The Olds College Brewery Retail Store sells cans, bottles, bombers, growlers and kegs. Our beers are also available at leading bars, restaurants, and liquor retailers across central Alberta! We produce all types of beer and train students in all beer styles, so we are constantly turning out new and creative seasonal brews in addition to our four ‘core’ brands.
As a social enterprise we are not profit driven. All revenue from beer sales goes toward supporting education and in doing so, the brewing industry.

Our Selection
Limited Editions & Student Creations
The Student Craft Beer series allows students of the Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program to create and sell their very own beers. From the recipe, through the brewing process, to the naming and marketing of the beer, these beers are a product of the skill, determination, and imagination of our students. These beers are brewed in smaller batches, and as such are available in limited quantities.

Jean-Quad Van Damme
This complex, rich, smooth, yet dangerous Belgian-inspired Dark Strong Ale- also known as a Belgian Quad - is malty-sweet with prominent caramel and candy notes. Your Wish is Pomegranted
The 2021 #BeTheBrewer beer is a mildly tart, hazy, but not hoppy, summer crusher that could also be enjoyable well into the autumn months. Saskatoon puree and pomegranate juice give this beer a sun-kissed glow with undertones as well as overtones of fruitiness. Sessionable, with a clean, wheaty semi-dry finish, this beer would pair well with BBQ, fish, turkey dinner, or with ice cream for a refreshing treat!
Saazquatch Lager
This Czech-style pils is a refined beast. While true to its style with fruity and floral tones and slight grassy notes... it definitely has attitude.
