24 Days of Wellness

Your friends at Olds College Health and Wellness and their partners invite you to learn more about personal wellness and enjoy a month of stress-relieving activities throughout your busy finals and holiday season. Collect ten stamps to be entered in our draw! Stamps cards are located at Health & Wellness and will be available at the event locations.

The Giving Tree

Find and donate to the Giving Tree in the Trades building (W.J. Elliott) any time during the 24 Days of Wellness to earn a stamp! We are requesting donations of NEW Mitts, Toques and Scarves, as well as GENTLY USED Boot and Coats (which will be donated to the Coats for Everyone program).
