Jeremiah has been working in the green industry for over 18 years, with a focus in arboriculture and urban forestry. He is a graduate of the University of Calgary, Olds College, Oregon State University, and the University of Toronto. He is an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist and Qualified Tree Risk Assessor. He brings experience from both the public and private sector, and is most proud of the trees he has planted or saved, not the ones he's removed.
He is committed to continuous learning and education, fostering curiosity and reverence for the natural world. His research interests include trees and development with a focus on environmental justice and tree mortality. He grew up in Alberta and loves spending time in the mountains or around a campfire.
