Olds College welcomes all our students, new and returning, to campus for 2026! To celebrate and officially kick off the semester, the Winter Week of Welcome will host several social events, information sessions and opportunities for you to get to know Olds College staff and faculty.

Welcome Back Coffee & Snacks

8 a.m. – 12 p.m. | LSC Atrium, Duncan Marshal Place & AHEC

Kick start your day with a FREE coffee and treat, courtesy of Olds College Student Supports. Drop by to pick up a reusable Olds College Coffee Cup, a snack and meet members of the Student Support Teams from across campus.

Indigenous Services will celebrate National Ribbon Skirt Day on campus.  National Ribbon Skirt Day is an opportunity to honour the significance of ribbon skirts and shirts. Please join in the celebration and wear your ribbon skirt or shirt if you have one!

Online Orientation

Note: All returning students who are not beginning a new program should follow their schedules and attend classes as usual.

  • This required online orientation provides you with information about services & support on campus, campus housing information, and RESPECT training. All Olds College of Agriculture & Technology students must complete this orientation before their program starts. It doesn’t take long and will provide you with a lot of very helpful information! 

  • Start the International Student Orientation Course before your arrival in Canada, then some modules will be completed after your arrival. If you have any questions, contact International Services.
