Registration Details

Register Online

Create/Access your MyTradesecrets (MTS) account and follow the Alberta Apprenticeship & Industry Training Application Procedure.

Enrolment Information

  1. You are now able to register online for your next training period through your MyTradesecrets account.
  2. Submit your online registration and full payment of tuition and fees to Olds College.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made online through your MyTradesecrets account with a Visa or MasterCard.

Acceptance

Seats will be filled on a first qualified, first-enrolled basis. If the training period you wish to register in is full, then you will be placed on the waiting list.

Tuition & Fees

Fees are posted in the Apprenticeship Fee Schedule.

  • Tuition $1,169.19
  • Program Fee $92.24
  • Mandatory Non-Instructional Fees $321.96

TOTAL: 1,583.39

Books & Supplies (purchased on campus)

  • $700 estimated 

Refunds

  • A $150.00 charge will be applied to anyone who cancels enrolment up to 10 days prior to the start of class.
  • A refund will not be issued if cancellation is received after 10 days prior to the start of classes.
  • If Olds College cancels a program, then a full refund will be given.
  • For apprentices enrolling in “back-to-back” training, 100% of payment will be refunded if you are not eligible to enter into the next period of training.

Campus Housing & Meal Plans

Olds College offers two residence options — Centennial Village and College Courts. Students living on campus are required to choose a meal plan. Housing and meal plan costs are based on the full academic year (September to April), but students in single-term programs will only pay for the corresponding term.

Campus Parking

Olds College of Agriculture & Technology enforces a pay-for-parking policy year round. Parking on campus requires a valid permit or short-term payment.
