Olds College Unveils 2025-28 Strategic Plan: Deep Roots, Bold Futures

June 19, 2025

We are excited to share Olds College’s new three-year strategic plan. This plan reflects months of listening, learning and engaging with faculty, staff, students, alumni, donors, industry, community and government.

During the consultations, one message became clear — the strength of Olds College lies in our agricultural roots. This plan reaffirms our foundation in agriculture while positioning us to meet the rising demand for innovation, sustainability and technology in the sector.

Our 2025-28 Strategic Plan: Deep Roots, Bold Futures is a high-level, practical and purposeful roadmap to refocus our efforts, set clear priorities and move Olds College forward.
