Tay Haeni is the Communication Lead for Research at Olds College of Agriculture & Technology, where she enjoys showcasing the innovative work happening on the Olds College Smart Farm. She joined the College in 2021 as a Communications Coordinator and moved into her current role in 2025. Tay graduated from Mount Royal University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Communication – Public Relations and has a strong background in agriculture and communications.
Outside of work, Tay enjoys life on the farm — caring for her family’s beef herd and various animals, helping on the family dairy operation and spending time with her son, husband and family.
