Future Leaders in Agriculture Camp

The Future Leaders in Agriculture Summer Camp is a three-day immersive program offered free of charge to approved high school students in grades 10 to 12 who are passionate about agriculture, agriculture technology, sustainability and leadership.

Date: July 28-30, 2025
Location: Olds College Campus

Presented by Olds College and Chinooks Edge School Division, the camp will develop your leadership skills that you will be able to carry into any career path. You’ll be exposed to modern agriculture and its challenges, career opportunities within agriculture and how Olds College programming equips students to solve real-world problems.

Upon completion of the camp, you will leave with three high school credits in summer school and receive a $1,000 scholarship towards future Olds College enrolment.

Three-Day Overnight Camp

Experience life as a college student living in residence at Centennial Village. Explore what the campus has to offer, including the Olds College Smart Farm, Botanical Gardens and Constructed Wetlands.

As part of your camp curriculum, you get to explore AgSmart 2025, a cross campus educational agriculture expo featuring live equipment and technology demonstrations, educational sessions and exhibits discussing emerging trends in the agriculture industry.
