Explore careers in animal care with hands-on learning and real-world experience. Through interactive lessons, demonstrations and hands-on experiences, you'll explore essential skills and discover a variety of career options in veterinary science. If you're aged 13 to 16 and considering a career in this industry, this camp will introduce you to animal care basics and first aid.
The instructor and guest speakers will provide insight into the role each veterinary team member plays, followed by hands-on afternoon sessions with our cuddly animals! Each day includes classroom instruction in the morning and practical learning in the afternoon. One day will feature a field trip (bus transportation and lunch included) to tour various animal care facilities.
