A transcript is an official copy of your academic record. It lists all courses successfully and unsuccessfully completed, all courses that were withdrawn, as well as every year that you have attended Olds College.
Official Transcripts
Request an Official Transcript if you need to provide an official statement of your Olds College academic record to another institution, employer, or for other purposes such as an external scholarship application.
Olds College students will receive their official transcript via MyCreds, a secure digital transcript-sharing platform. MyCreds provides an easy-to-access platform offering you a certified and official electronic transcript that you can securely share with others.
Please Note: MyCreds requires users to pay a share fee which is highlighted on our MyCreds webpage.
Unofficial Transcripts
An Unofficial Transcript is a summary for a current student to review their academic record and is immediately generated upon request. It cannot be used as an Official Transcript as it does not have the Registrar's signature nor does it have security features attached to the document.
- Current students can access their Unofficial Transcript through their MyOldsCollege account.
- Previous students who no longer have an active account will need to request an official transcript under Student Forms.
