Dual Credit Programming

Dual credit programming at Olds College allows students in grades 10 to 12 to take approved post-secondary courses while still in high school.

These programs support career exploration and provide early exposure to post-secondary learning, helping students prepare for future education and career decisions within the familiar support structures of their high school. In Alberta, dual credit programming is overseen by Alberta Education, which sets the overall framework and design, while individual school authorities determine the specific opportunities offered to their students.
