Classrooms and Labs

Our classrooms & labs are designed to accommodate groups ranging from 2 to 150 guests, with built-in A/V including projector, screen and sound capabilities, a perfect fit for seminars, workshops, training sessions or breakout meetings.

Whether you’re planning a half-day board meeting, a full-day computer training session, or a large-group lecture theatre, our classrooms and labs offer the versatility you need.

Rental Blocks

  • Classroom: $50/hour or $175/day
  • Boardroom: $50/hour or $175/day
  • Lecture theatre: $50/hour or $175/day
  • Computer rooms: $75/hour or $350/day
  • Large labs/bays: $50/hour or 300/day

Facility Add-Ons and Equipment Rentals

  • Microphones: $25/each
  • Laptop: $150/each
  • Tech activation: $50/room
  • Tech on site: $65/hour
  • Sound fee (dance only): $55.52
  • SOCAN fee (dance only): $132.39

Basic set up and take down are included in the rental price. Additional set up fees may apply based on requests.
