If you enter an invalid password for your email or network account 3 times, you account will become locked. To unlock your account do the following:
Go to:mypassword.oldscollege.ca

Click Unlock my Account
Enter in current active Olds College username:
- Staff: firstInitialLastName: jdoe
- Student: Student ID including all 0’s: 00001234.
Enter current password for account

Answer all verification questions.

Click the Unlock your account button, your account will be unlocked if it is locked
