Gmail is the official email of Olds College. Every Olds College student and employee has an Olds College email account. You can access your email from anywhere you have an internet connection.
If you are accessing your Olds College email account for the first time, you will need to follow the instructions below to set up your password. New accounts are automatically created and students receive a confirmation email within two business days of an application to the personal email address used at the time of application. Please ensure you monitor your spam or junk email folder.
Click Reset my password
Enter your Olds College student ID# as the username and click logon
Click the option Use Email Verification
You will receive an email to the personal email you used to register for Olds College with. Click the link in this email to set your password.
The password that you create is the same password that you will use to log into your Olds College email account, to log into the computers on campus, to access Olds College WiFi, and to log into your Moodle account.
Open your Internet browser
Go to the Olds College home page and click on the “sign in” button or access through your browser at www.gmail.com.
Type your username - it's your Olds College email address.
Student Email: firstname.lastname@
Staff Email: firstinitiallastname@
Type your password - it's the same as the password you use for the Olds College network (computer login).
Click "Sign In"
As Olds College hosts all emails through Google, we highly recommend installing the Gmail app on your device.
