We Can Help

You don’t have to wait until you are in a crisis. Counselling can help if you are:  

  • Feeling stressed, anxious, or down for more than a few days.
  • Struggling with focus, motivation or keeping up with coursework.
  • Going through a big change.
  • Feeling lonely or disconnected from friends, family or community.
  • Coping with grief, loss, or ongoing challenges in relationships.
  • Wanting a safe, non-judgmental space to talk things through

We offer in-person appointments in the Health & Wellness Centre and secure virtual sessions for students off-campus. Appointments are free and confidential.

Please note: Counselling services are for current students only.

Faculty may request for a member of the Health & Wellness team to attend their class and speak to students about available services on campus. Sessions are approximatly 15 minutes long.
