Congratulations on being admitted to Olds College! We are excited to have you join us. This is your “one stop shop” for accessing Olds College information and receiving updates, from the time you are admitted until you arrive on campus.

Getting Started - Admitted Checklist  

Once you’ve received your acceptance email, we encourage you to complete our enrolment checklist.

  1. Activate & Access your student accounts:

  2. Apply for your study permit: Send the following documents when you receive them:

    • Student authorization  (TRV or etA)
    • Study permit 
    •  

  3. Activate your Moodle account:

    • Complete your International Student Orientation (available 30 days prior to the start of your program.)

  4. Housing: Apply for residence or arrange off-campus housing:

    • Make a monthly housing budget 
    • Plan your commute. Transportation services are not provided to Olds campus

  5. Materials & Supplies: Review your required technology, equipment & materials list:

    • Information is found on the ‘Admitted Students’ section of your program webpage 

  6. Attend an Admitted Student Webinar 

  7. Order Your Student ID

  8. Apply for International Scholarships & Student Awards

  9. Review your class schedule in your MyOldsCollege account one week before starting:

    • You will automatically be scheduled into your classes. Classes are scheduled Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am - 5pm unless otherwise specified in your program details. Be prepared to be on campus 5 days a week.

      *Changes in program and/or course selection are limited & have deadlines.
